For the points per game and offensive comparison for Finals Teams, you need to take their opponents into consideration. I am not saying the 22-23 Nuggets aren't good. What I am saying is their Offensive rating would be MUCH lower these playoffs if they had to face the 16-17 Spurs, Jazz, and Cavs. All of these performances in the playoffs are limited by the quality of Opponents they had. There has also been a scoring Boom in the NBA over the last 2 years, which accounts for offensive generation in the playoffs. For example I think the 15-16 Warriors had a better Offensive season, but the 16-17 Warriors had a better offensive Playoffs. The only way to see how these playoffs teams stack up against each other would be for them to play each other. I do Agree the media has been awful about covering the Nuggets, and its because, let's face it, they have two Non-American Stars who are unselfish and don't create alot of narratives.

I totally agree maybe they would have a worse offensive rating if they played another team but the heat still have a great defense. It’s hard to know but I do believe they showed us one of the best offensive seasons in NBA history.

@@BucketClub that's for sure. The reliability of Denver's offense is insane.

Sure you need to take into account opponents but when they end they finals with 16-4, you have to give them credit. The next best ratio is the 17 warriors, who barely did better. But looking at jokic himself you have to go back to shaq and the lakers from 2001 to find a similar playoff run.
