yes! HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is very effective and also I do Intermittent Fasting, I only eat within a specific eating window ( from 11:00 am til 4:00 pm) then I fast from 4:00 pm til 11:00 am but I do eat everything that I want to eat.. fasting is the best tool when it comes to health .. oh and also the best time to do your HIIT is during your fasted hours like in the morning before you eat anything because you are basically burning fats instead of glycogen

The "Fiesta Noodles" are commonly called Pancit Palabok. It's made with Shrimp Paste, Annato, Garlic, Onions, etc. It is utterly addicting and my all time favorite noodle dish. I can eat several Pho bowl sized servings of that in one go. The citrus is called Calamansi (a cross between an Orange and a Lime) and is quite predominant in Asia.
