yes! HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is very effective and also I do Intermittent Fasting, I only eat within a specific eating window ( from 11:00 am til 4:00 pm) then I fast from 4:00 pm til 11:00 am but I do eat everything that I want to eat.. fasting is the best tool when it comes to health .. oh and also the best time to do your HIIT is during your fasted hours like in the morning before you eat anything because you are basically burning fats instead of glycogen

Hi Peggie how are you sweetie? Yay I was waiting on your Jollibee video and I'm glad I got to watch it tonight. Those Aloha burgers look fabulous, I think pineapple is delicious in burgers. We don't have Jollibee here in Australia but it's supposed to be coming soon and I can't wait to try it. Im glad you did some research in HIIT training Hun. I do 25 minutes on the stair master 3-4 days a week. I set it to the HIIT Sequence and off I go..Love you 😘
