This video had me drooling. I'm happy that you like Jollibee hehe. Proud Pinoy here! Haha, the palabok and the spaghetti should be mixed before eating so that the flavors are distributed. But that's just how we do it here in the PH, but eat it any way you like hehe. And also most Pinoys particularly love sweet spaghetti that's why it's really sweet. It's actually advertised as "Sweet-Sarap" meaning deliciously sweet. And yasss, I love the gravy. You guys have to visit the Philippines someday soon!

It's nice to hear you both loved Jollibee. :-) A few notes: * Jolly Spaghetti sauce uses a mixture of tomato sauce and banana ketchup hence the sweet factor. * Palabok Fiesta uses pork not beef and are eaten when they are all mixed up with a squeeze of lime afterwards. * The fries are not a much of a favorite here in the PH either and your brother nailed it when it comes to its consistency (we prefer McDonalds fries) however to each is their own. :-) * Chickenjoy is the definitely the best compared to KFC or Popeye's. :-) * Gravy....you can also use it to dip your fries or the chicken sandwich. :-) That said....I'll be having Chickenjoy for dinner. :-)

Filipino spaghetti has a tomato sauce. 😂 All I thought it all has banana ketchup because it's too very sweet on me. I love Filipino spaghetti but not the Jollibee one. It's literally too sweet for me.

Glad to see Jollibee catching on in North America. The "crumbs" in the palabok are actually crushed crumbs of chicharron. Don't think there's such a thing as beef in Palabok. The Jollibee fast food palabok is definitely good, but definitely a far cry from the homemade ones made by the moms and grandmas for gatherings. The rice noodle also tends to be a lot thicker.
