마지막에 나오는 저칼로리 아이스크림이 단맛이 자극적으로 날 수 밖에 없는게 원래 저 용량의 아이스크림은 높은 열량을 가졌고 이 칼로리를 줄이려면 설탕을 줄여야하는데요 이때 대신 아미노산중 하나인 페닐알라닌을 아스파르트산과 합성해서 만든 아스파탐을 첨가하게 되죠 그래서 고단백이라고도 홍보를 하는것같네요 근데 칼로리를 줄이고 맛을 유지하고싶은 욕심에 아스파탐을 너무 많이 넣었나보네요..

Many icecream in the vid existed in Hong Kong. Fab (in HK called ‘Superstar’) is a Very very popular ice cream which stopped production like 10 years ago. A few months ago Nestle has a one off sell of this British version Superstar (“fab”) and ALL ice cream were sold in two days. People were searching for it. An absolute childhood memory. They got to try Honey toast with ice cream, I’ve usually seen them in some Japanese restaurants. It is the square looking breads, toasted, the inside is hollowed out and cut into chunks, out back in with honey and ice cream while hot. The taste plus the feeling of hot and cold is nice.

Come to the US. in Maryland Rita's ice cream sandwich is amazing. The cookie stays crisp/crunchy and they offer chocolate chip or an Oreo cookie to wrap vanila/chocolate/mix . Amazing.
