0:48 because "shooting Arthur sends him to the cell" is flawed Shooting Arthur does NOT send him to the cell, IF you shot him only once, because the triggering effect for "send to cell" is shooting him DURING HIS "STUNNED" ANIMATION, which is applied, _gasp_ , on the first shot Which, for a weapon with 1 shot, and a slow enough reload (hmmm, i wonder what THAT weapon is), means the earliest point the second shot can hit is AFTER the expiration period for the first ones impact "Oh but what about the RPG, it sends him to the cell in one shot" WRONG BECAUSE THE RPG ISNT A SINGLE "SHOT", its an explosive, that is caused by , guess what? A dummy round, which is actually what triggers the stun, where then the RPG explosion is triggered, which is in the stun part, which triggers "go to cell"
