He probably would have, at some point. Didn't Araki say he'd be a doting father because of what he went through with Dario (his dad)? My theory is, he became a womanizer because he never got an idea of how to be a kind husband, but he'd be a caring father sort of like George Joestar I because that was how he got to see what being a good father was like.
