aster's price after nett...was around 580psf...but the final product looks like a 700psf property... a really nice lobby. I decided to purchase Netizen further down the road at 460psf, overall I'm also satisfied but the final product is "you get what you pay" while aster feels like "you get more than what you pay", Maybe I should've just bought both haha..one thing about Aster is that close by there are many upcoming projects.. which might dilute the demand a bit..but aster's USP is the direct MRT connection if the mall can recover its perfect already.

Your videos are not long winded! this project is impressive la. compared to something like ara central which has a walkway connected to the Ara LRT station, that's really like buat setakat cukup syarat. the gym at aster cheras is just whoa! would you be able to do a vid on aurum residence?

It does not have a grand lobby. Just a large lobby with cheap looking furniture. Have you been into a grand hotel before?
