It surprises me how many egotistical big brand teams go into dirty football mode when they get challenged by a team they don't deem worthy of them. Texas played so dirty that quarter you have to wonder if the coach told them to play that way.

We stayed at a hotel within the ASU boundary and the place was really nice and people chilled and enjoying our time there made we want to follow all their teams. i watched as many football games as I could this season. I woke up at 4:45am to watch this game and loved it even though the sun devils lost. Coach Kenny is a maniac and I love it. Skattebo what a machine no doubt he’s onto bigger things now. Well... he was a Junior last year. ASU lost their top 2 QBs to the portal and the ones that remained had injury issues all year, went through 4 QBs, a RB, and a TE. ASU had tons of issues last year, except for Skattebo.

@@winna121I’ve been watching Skattebo since he played for Sacramento State in the FCS level. He was an absolute beast there and looked like a man playing amongst boys. Even then, it was obvious to me that he would make it to the NFL. His transfer from FCS to a Power 5 FBS program was unusual but not at all surprising. That’s a massive jump in competition…and he still looks like a man playing amongst boys. He’ll be drafted, barring catastrophic injury. Every player adapts to the NFL differently, so it’s hard to gauge career success before it happens, but it’s very possible that he pops off as a pro, too. I’m excited to watch it all unfold.

Anything that happens after that objective non-call is inarguable. Who cares because those circumstances wouldn't exist if the Refs didn't fix it for SEC Texas. If you didn't watch the game, then you'd think "who cares". Don't need to comment below how little you know.

@@AlwaysNerdyTVjust say you didn’t watch the game, you saw it in the replay, Skattebo stiff arming a Texas player before the ball gets there, the hit on Bond was clearly targeting and even worse than the other no call, and Texas had double the flags ASU had, if the fox was in, it wasn’t for Texas.

NCAA Football Secretary-Rules Editor Rogers Redding said in a release "We want everyone to understand that the crown of the helmet starts from the area above the facemask to the dome of the helmet." That hit was the crown as it was the area above his facemask. It should've been targeting by their rules. Also the receiver was defenseless as he was in the process of making a catch. Again, by their rules you can't hit a defenseless player above the shoulders. I'm not a big fan of all the rules in football currently but they put them in place so we have to play by them. It should've been targeting twice over.

he’s wrong though, by the rules the crown of the helmet is a 6 inch circle from the apex of the helmet. By this new definition there’s going to be targeting pretty much every play because most head to head contact is the upper/ above the facemask.
