The thing with corner units, is the lovely breeze you get through it. With the heat in Thailand, that can`t be mentioned enough. Loved the second unit, the view is just stunning. Might buy me some binoculars if that was mine 😆 Thanks guys, you are always a treat 🤗🤗

The wall-mounted table in the kitchen in the first condo is a good idea, you don't have to sit and eat in the small living room. Cheap condos like this are a good option for foreigners with a low income.

#1 A+,. Jason Jason Jason, be realistic #2 way overpriced its not worth US$764 but great apartment. #3 split is a deal. ROI on investment say $9k year on $115k whats that just about 7.8% before expenses..decent return. Great job guys! Bloody good gym at #3 probably best I've seen.

Rent inflation is Pattaya is a real thing! Inflation in general I guess, hard to escape it no matter where in world you go. I had marked in Google map notes that a room in City Garden Condo complex was 20k/mo and this one is 28k/mo. Maybe different rooms go for different monthly lease amounts depending on how high up you are? In any case 20k to 28k is a pretty big jump. Nice unit though I gotta say. Sadly 20k would be pushing it on my budget next year ... 28k likely too much for me. Too bad so sad for me haha.

City Garden Tower, OK food downstairs. facilities are Ok too. I stayed on the other (pool) side and I would NOT recommend it. It was always a little noisy but in August last year a new bar opened on South Pattaya Road with live music. It is crazy noisy till far after midnight at the pool side but you might want to make sure you don't hear it in that condo. I left after a month because I didn't want to deal with that.

I don’t get the #1 Lumpini kitchen with no built in stovetop or kitchen cabinets. 26SM is tight also but OK for one person.

Yeah no good for cooking but just from my personal experience all I use is the airfryer occasionally, boil or fry eggs on the stove but 99.8% eat out or delivery, works out cheaper 👍

Naw it’s not too expensive. Those match box units are just over half of the size so even on square footage you’d expect to pay well over 20k and with the view and nice balcony 28k is fair
