@rickramos12925 жыл бұрын
Not to take anything away from him but I think he is insecure about it even though it looks totally natural and real. I don't think it is possible to not feel even a bit insecure when you have something like that done. Just the fact it is a secret that often bring shame when discovered, no matter what front you put up, alone would make anyone insecure. I think he had absolutely no intention whatsoever to ever reveal the truth. When Conan made that remark about his full head of hair in that younger picture of him, he may have become insecure and feared they were on to him, deciding to take as much control of the situation as possible. Admitting it himself instead of allowing Conan to reveal it on national television was the most control he could have had over the situation.

Men freaking out about hairloss is 100% natural and involuntary. People calling out men for being vain is also 100% natural and involuntary (although it's often repressed) Men fearing being called out for treating their hairloss out is also involuntary and natural. When we speak or are upfront about it, it is a gambit to prevent that fear from spiraling. When he people say, 'Don't worry dude, just shave it' they may mean well but they are just as likely to say, 'Dude! WTF, why did you do that?' when the poor dude shaves it.
