Tyler’s recaps are actually the #1 thing combatting the social media degeneracy. It’s not just what he’s doing, but how he’s delivering them. His level of professionalism is on par with the best guys I knew in the Army. I feel like true professionals of communication like that are lacking in the western world today.

I love how Tyler is the be all end all of bodybuilding critiques. His word is the law. Whatever anyone else sees or mentions is inferior...He can explain away with intense ferver. But it's still objective and arguable, with personal bias that seeps in.

Fouad, the topic of “ stopping to smell the roses” is talked about here on the show from time to time. Although most times it’s you giving the advice to the younger guys coming up. I hope YOU every once in a while stop to enjoy and appreciate what all you have done for the bodybuilding community with the show, the commentary at The Arnold, Hosstile Supps, your athletes, getting to work with your family etc…. It’s been fun to watch on my end for sure. Thanks

That really means a lot, thank you. I don't think I stop enough as I should but definitely more than when I was younger. Its a hard habit to break, we all just want to give our all and its easy to get lost in that. I always feel like there is more to do, more to give, more to create.

Fouad. I just lost my beautiful wife and soulmate in March. We were together 23 years and passed away 2 weeks before our 19th wedding anniversary. We met in school and from our first date I've always opened her car door and never stopped. She is my twin flame and I treated her like the princess she was to me. There are some of us that do open all types of doors for our wives and girlfriends. Life and love is precious and it can be taken away anytime. Sometimes we take things for granted until it's gone. I'm not telling anyone what to do, but if you truly love your spouse, spoil them with love and respect and cherish every second, minute, hour and day with them. Michael "Haus"

Happy for him and his success, but also disappointed he's having to go through the shitheads on social media attacking him and his family. I've seen comments mentioning "those types of people", but idiots exist everywhere, in all communities. I know in America there are plenty of idiots who say wild shit to athletes at the collegiate and pro level (who don't look like "those types of people").

Fouad, was wondering if you got the Ninja 1000 or the H2SX ever since you posted that clip on your stories 😂. You never talked about it on the podcast. Sport tourers have the same engine dimensions as their supersport counterparts, just tuned differently to provide more midrange, usable power on the street instead of top end only. They may not feel as dangerous but are very comfortable and offer nearly the same feeling unless you're going out on a track lol
