@@kurtiscleary9759 Slow as hell. 34 and started just over a year ago, but I'm very active in general (cycling, hiking, walking) and getting a caloric surplus is tough because I only eat whole foods and quite healthy, but kind of low on carbs (too many diabetics in my bloodline). My body seems super persistent at not changing its weight (I think I gained 1-2 kg), although I definitely look more muscular than when I started off. Worth mentioning that I maybe would've gained more weight if I also trained legs with weights, but then I wouldn't be able to also hike and cycle because my legs would be fried.

There’s always one (or in this case three)… Can’t credit that someone can get big and strong without drugs just because they can’t. Pathetic. Look at the difference in thickness, forearm size, Delt caps etc. with Jarrod. Or most others on PEDS. Didn’t you spit that he is THE WORLD NUMBER 1 FFS?! With world leading genetics, training, dedication etc. What do you🤡🤡🤡 think he’d look like on even a gram of gear per week?

@@kronkite1530 On a gram I suspect he would look like he does right now. IFBB pros use quite a lot more than a gram on a blast

Dr. Mike: i just saw ur collab with jeff where u were talking about ur anxiety. I just wanna say even though its cringe cause i dont know you i care about you and i wanna commend u for always spreading positive energy, for me when i feel bad i kinda become a bad person, so i just wanna give u props and thanks. I dont even really come for fitness advice, i come for ur jokes. Please take care of urself

I won my WNBF pro card in 05' at The Naturalmania Nationals and competed in The Worlds in 05' and 06', then I was done! The physiques that some dudes have like Brian are pretty wild! Not that I'm a bum or sumthn like that though🙂 Btw ain't nuthn "natural" about vastly exceeding/and attempting to exceed muscularly that one can normally achieve! I prefer personally (though no one asked me) "ped" and/or "drug-free" bodybuilding etc.

If they do it without Peds etc then it is indeed within what someone Normal can obtain. That doesn't mean all normies Strive for or work hard enough to obtain it. If it wasn't naturally possible, then it wouldn't happen without Peds.
@Bodyknowledge77

@@Section_230 Eating a gram of protein per lb of bw (or more) consistently. Training to failure and or close to failure, getting very low bodyfat %( especially) etc etc are things the body doesn't "naturally" need. It's cool to be jacked( I've been lifting consistently since 93') and ripped, but even without drugs what it takes to do these things isn't "natural" per se. Excessively forcing isn't the definition of natural.
@Section_230
@Section_230 17 күн бұрын
@@Bodyknowledge77 Actually that's exactly what natural means. You think the body doesn't Need it. That's one opinion to hold. If you want lots of muscle, that's exactly what the body needs. You could argue it's not Normal to do it, but that's not the same as Natural. Since Natural in the context simply means without exogenous chemical enhancement. Literally anything you do without taking Peds is Natural bodybuilding.
