Jon English - Minutes to Midnight

Hey Folks. This is probably my favourite Jon English song and cannot believe it is not on YT. Released in 1977 from an album of the same title. Sounds as good today as it was 39 years ago don't you think. I have created a slideshow (as there's no promo video that was made) by using mainly night images and it's ambience I hope you like. Today the track is available on the 'Ultimate Collection' 2-CD. R.I.P Old Black Eyes. Thanks for all the great tunes you recorded.

I remember the song well Rob & i agree with you it's one of his best. Was very popular in Sth. Australia - lots of airplay. And the vocal is top notch! Great slideshow. Thanks for posting, Cheers Tiger.

+TheLeonie9 Thanks for viewing the vid. I can see and imagine him in Rock and Roll Heaven rubbing shoulders with Bon Scott and Stevie Wright. There was a Righteous brothers song along the same lines.
