As a black man it's not just him being black. There's other black QBs that don't get this slander. It's cause Lamar is hood black. He's different from Russ, Jalen etc. He also is on pace to be one of the greatest players to ever play. Perception is everything in America and if a hood black guy like Lamar ends up winning multiple SBs it would be unprecedented. The league would be forced to plaster him everywhere. They don't want that. Mahokes who looks more white is way better. It shows that the QB position the "smartest man on the field" is still white looking.

Because he’s culturally black(talk/dress) and does things his own way. We can see by how they treat other QBs that it’s not strictly his being black that they don’t like. He’s a stand up guy and has been, but they hated that they were wrong about him and can’t control him. So they live vicariously through the Steelers and Chiefs.

As a Baltimore native and New England Patriots stan the Baltimore ravens fanbase is the most racist to lamar. During his contract off-season me a Patriots fan, and a flipping Steelers fan were defending lamar AGAINST ravens fans. Lamar is my favorite player (Next to Tom Brady obviously) i just wish he had more support

The Ravens opponents have the least penalties. The combination makes it look like bias imo. The opponents hold more than the Ravens and get away with going downfield and lining up behind the center. I don't think it's a coaching thing. The league and the broadcast partners don't seem to favor the Ravens like they do Pittsburgh, Cleveland or KC.

So happy yall spoke on the running game. Idk what they are trying to prove but there is no reason we don’t run with Derrick on 1st and 2nd down consistently. If we get 2-4 yards on 1st then run it again. After a few times then use play action. No reason we aren’t a run first team. Idk if Lamar is changing calls at the line or if it’s by design but it’s dumb. Cleveland helped us out big time last night man. We need to be a run first team. It’ll help the defense out as well. I’m tired of all these drop backs and I love J Hill but Henry needs to be out there on 1st and 2nd down just bc of what it forces the defense to do.

I think where things go wrong for the ravens and penalties is that refs call it really close for us. We knew going into the Pittsburg game that the ref group we were assigned is known to call things really tight. They called it tight on the Steelers too. I wish someone would do a breakdown of when they call illegal man downfield and when they don't. Sometimes it feels like they're not calling it based on how far the guy is downfield, but that they're calling it as an automatic penalty the moment Lamar has to adjust his throw for the screen.

The first play of the next offensive drive after Henry fumbled (so the Ravens 2nd drive), Henry was on the sideline. I said, "Here we go." There were real reasons why the Ravens didn't run the ball, but there were also times when Henry wasn't on the field when he should've been.
