All respect to both Jones and Stipe. Dana said the winner of this fight will face Aspinal for a title fight. Assuming Jones wins against Stipe and if Jones rejects fighting Aspinal, then I see Dana stripping the belt from Jones and have Aspinal face #2 for the undisputed heavyweight title fight. If that plays out I think Jones legacy will always be under scrutiny by fans worldwide.

Jones can do anything he wants after this fight, win or lose. It's his life, his body and his choice to continue or retire.
