Good interview . A lot of interviews focus solely on hype or controversy. They forget to ask deep thought provoking questions to get answers us fans would really want to know about a athlete
@researchaccount95895 жыл бұрын
I agree. Very very good interview. I like how Jon outlines the basic principles for success in any endeavor here. This interview is a master to piece to be honest.

10:00 for anyone who‘s asking what tradition he has his Tradition is to Party one week before a fight because he would have an mental Advantage and an excuse on why he would lose the fight Not To think That It is because of his Skills (From the jre)

Ahaha I was waiting since that podcast for someone to bring it up 😂

It's what he used to do. I don't think he is still doing that. He talks about being away from partying and hardcore excesses all the time and also that he regrets to have done that. It's probably another thing.

That’s his old tradition lol who knows what he does now. He just posted cave crawling with his brother so he should be good

I mean he talked about partying and drinking before That and than when Ariel asks is That no more he says „ i mean i have my Traditions“ its very possible That he has done it again But i dont think That he partied through Training Camp or doing cocaine before the Week of the Fight Like he did against dc the First time

Haha Jones admitting he will still have a good evening the weekend prior to the fight. Good on him! It's all abt balance. Santos 3x the better opponent and Reyes insulting Jon means one thing imho, a quick finish by Bones.

A lot of people saying he sounds "fake" or "generic". Hes just a normal guy, who happens to train in martial arts. And he may not be the nicest, greatest, most honest person ever. But hes the #1 cage fighter, you need to be a brutal savage to survive as long as he has.
@i5C0R3Pi0N5 жыл бұрын
I wouldn't consider Jon as "normal", though. He can't be normal, there is something off about this guy and that's (and many other things) what makes him special.

I dont see how Reyes beats weidman (who is a walking punching bag) and gets a title shot against the goat. This should be Corey Anderson's fight.
@RyanLS5 жыл бұрын
jac conde what are you talking about? Reyes was already being considered for a shot before Weidman. His UFC lightheavyweight record is 6-0. He’s 12-0 overall with 7 kos. Anderson is 4-2 in his last 6 fights.
@tony23005 жыл бұрын
Cory only beat Walker. Reyes has better resume. Don’t be so dumb.
@Nyarlarthotep95 жыл бұрын
It's fine to be a Corey fan, but the reason this fight is happening. Is because it's the only fight that half assedly makes sense.

Not much for Jones to fight at this point. Reyes is undefeated, so they’re selling it on that. That’s what it ultimately comes down to. Has nothing to do with what makes sense.
