liberalism is built upon two ideas: maximum freedom and maximum equality. Both of these ideas are erroneous because human behavior has to be restricted for the greater good therefore negating maximum freedom. Maximum equality is not possible due to differences in knowledge which establishes hierarchy. We must subjugate ourselves to law of Allah(one/indivisible/self-sufficient/All-loving perfection)) who has totality of data, therefore being the only one that has the right to legislate. This may not be relevant to Jon jones, but Jon jones can certainly use spirituality in his life.

Chael, you say jon and stipe fought once in 2 years once in 3 years. If you've taught me anything, it's not about the punches and kicks or rankings. It's about the business best heavyweight vs. best light heavyweight I, sir, know what time it is

I know this is a lot to ask but the background is messing with me. If you could put up pics with the waves of your hands I would follow better. You are still the peoples champ forever! Chael the man to be sweet to be sour SONNEN

I think we need to realize "Jon Jones" is done after this injury. First off he's barely fought in the last 5 years, he's getting old and he just tore one of his pecs off the bone. Edit: Jon has one thing going for him, if there's no USADA he can pump himself full of HGH, TB500, BPC-157 and rapidly heal after the reattachment of his peck.

It depends on the pec tear, they vary A TON from person to person. We have had champions at 45 and 43 a few times, 37 is nothing, especially when the person has been resting. You're rusty, but when you don't have that wear and tear then he'll be fine at only 37 or 38. He's getting older though, so it's riskier, but I have a feeling he will be fine since he's had a lot of rest, that's usually how we get champions in their 40's, those guys had a lot of rest in their careers, but the guys who fight all the time don't stay at a top level at 40. Cormier started late, and was still the number 1 contender at 40 or 41. I worry about Jon being rusty. It all comes down to the chest tear you mentioned though, because regardless of his age that could be the end of him if it's a very serious tear.

Chael this happened with Bisping, GSP, and Robert Whitaker. They made Whitaker wait, Bisping lost to GSP and then GSP retired. The ufc elecvated Whitaker to undisputed

You keep putting Charles olivera down but fail to acknowledge how smart he was for not going to fight in Abu Dubai. Did anything that night look fair for anybody besides the home team.

But is the interim champ willing to wait 10 months for JJ? Or does he fight Stipe later on to get an extra pay day? 🥴

@AscendedAngel Жыл бұрын
I don't always agree with Chael but in this case he's absolutely correct. I heard Dana's poor excuse why he didn't have Stipe fight the backup. That's your actual interim championship fight. Dana could've saved face by creating a tournament like they did for Mike Tyson to unify the belts. That would've been more exciting than this crap.

You are right 100%. The belt should be pulled from Jones, this is the second/third? time he has gotten to sit on a belt indefinitely. No fighter should have that kind of power. Stipe should be fighting Pavlovich. Stand-by fighters are getting shafted. I am tired of all the cancelled fights the day/week before the card (fight nights or pay per views). Out of the hundreds of fighters, why are they having such a hard time filling fight cards? Have all fighters gotten to be prima donnas? Thanks to all those that fight so often, you bring wonderful entertainment and I respect the heck out of you. I am the little old lady in the Midwest paying their salaries and I'm not happy with the way things are going. Also, Bud Light is an unnecessary change.

Jones v Aspinall or Jones v Pavlovich has a better ring to it anyway. If he doesn't stay out for another year and then have the belt removed, like the last champ..
@Hardcastle83 Жыл бұрын
It really doesn't. Jones destroying Stipe would have added so much to his legacy. Fighting those guys, if he wins "who cares?", if he loses "how gay". Just pointless, and dangerous too.

I have tickets still from 8 years ago when jon was dropping out of fights and not taking short notice fights i.e The American gangster. Of coarse I was refunded but I was saying all along he will mis this fight. I know its an injury so it's a bit different but he is not reliable. That all being said, he was unreal to watch cageside time and again and is the GOAT
@hellointernet1307 Жыл бұрын
hes pulled out of fights just like every other fighter, but when it comes to resume he didnt dodge a single fight or wait until theyre out of their prime. so it doesnt matter.

Hey Uncle Chael what my dream fight is Uri Prohazka vs Kamzat who do you think wins??? Also does Jones fight Serge Pavlovich after he beats Aspinal and who wins???
