Following a meet & greet session, he held an impromptu seminar where he explained some of his favorite takedown techniques. His Fight IQ is impenetrable. He's not the best cuz of his physical dominance, that's a mere fragment of it yes. However, he's the greatest because of his ability to read a fighter at any given moment, staying light on his feet, maticulous, patience, confidence, stamina and all around superb technicality. Its interesting to hear jones talk about take downs, as wrestler starting in MMA you really don't know what take downs work without the opponent countering/kneeing/guillotine etc, its nice to hear jones break down the setups
