Thank you so much dear Jon, for this short teaching !...and Soren for helping it to happen ! I was one of those silently following every one of those wonderful evenings (for me, in France.....a British/Norwegian/French grandmother of 83) on that first lockdown. What a unique experience, never to be forgotten....which will have helped so many of us get through that hard time ! And here we are with new challenges, and looming over everything, the Climate Crisis. So much to say, but mainly a huge THANKYOU for being who you are, and I hope Soren and the others can persuade you to celebrate your next birthday with us all again ! 🌿🌎💚🌿🇺🇦🌻🍃🌿

“Present moment” is a quantum state of consciousness, not just “thinking” about what you are doing now. Consciousness is kept in the “thinking mode” forcibly, it is not possible to get out of the Matrix of the “internal dialogue” (Collective Unconsciousness) ‘just like that’, if everything was so simple, and for 98% forever in this life.
