These two would have had a cosmic screen presence! Kind of imagine 3 treating 7 like a kid brother. 3 Recognizing 7's brilliance and resourcefulness and being admirable of it whilst simultaneously trying and failing to remain stoic to hide his amusement and laughter at finding 7 genuinely hilarious, unlike he did with 2, and you just know 2 and 7 would get on like a house on fire, much to 3 chagrin. It would be like 7 had this rare ability to crack 3's facade of seriousness showing him that he/them can be a productive comic genius, inspiration for what would eventually regenerate into 4, Inspiration from your future self as it were... Sorry, love nerding out imagining multi Doctor stories that never were.
