Jrob rosters and drafting the last few years have been awful. I bet the AJ Brown trade was the final straw. But the lack of Jrob addressing the Wr and OL throughout this season made it easier for Amy to give him the boot.

The 2018 team had much more overall talent than the 2022 team. The only difference is Robinson accidentally found a good QB. They've let so so much talent walk & went chasing waterfalls that busted. These guys just don't get how bad this team is. It's unfortunate bc it's literally their job.

Maybe the fact that the O line is relatively poor for the 4th straight year. The corner position has never been great. The edge rush has never been there. This year it also shows they dont have a number 1 receiver. And they havent drafted or traded for additional high end weapons outside of AJ Brown. 4 key positions where there isnt a high end player is a problem. Average doesnt win big in the NFL. Need someone who's better at finding talent and someone who's willing to take a big swing or two

DEFEND HIM IF YOU WANT...hes your buddy...CLEARLY this team needs a NEW DIRECTION....the front office Is Responsible. They just got taken down by The BIG DOG. and the titans must draft a Young QB on a rookie deal and build around him. Ask Howie roseman ...THATS THE FORMULA...!! The Titans are NOT MAKING IT TO THE NEXT LEVEL...fans want more than just an appearance in the playoffs and one out. This must be done by a smart GM. THATS IT. now go out and become a BIG DOG.

These guys are normally solid, but they clearly have no knowledge of the Titans situation and Jon Robinson’s actual track record. Like how do they get away with airing this? Disappointing.

Ps.. Giving AJBrown up sealed the GM fate. Everyone knew how bad Tennessee was without Brown but him. Lol
