Really cool setup! I especially appreciate how you kept it lean and on mission. I know the temptation of always trying to build the one bag to rule them all, adding tarps and 550 cord, and MRE's to bags that started off being meant to do something more specific. So thanks for resisting that urge.

This is next level thinking, a 20 rd mag in the gun to make extraction faster and more reliable. It's likely the first few rounds are the most critical not the last 10 of a 30 round mag. A lot of good info here to digest. I sub'd!!

For the record, I never comment on KZbin videos. But you just earned another subscriber. I’ve been looking for a video of this exact topic for days, and there really aren’t too many. Not only did yours nail it, but I almost feel like we’re kindred spirits… My set up is very similar. Vertex every day, sig rattler, folding brace, T-2, scalarworks mount, mod light plh v2, small spiritus chest rig, and even the same BFG med kit ( and backup secondary on the chest rig). Great video! To be honest, I’m subscribing solely on the fact that you to tuck the rubber up in your SBA3 to make it usable. Keep up the good work.

I've done a lot of thinking (and a lot of buying and using) regarding carrying stuff in a backpack. When it comes to hearing protection I think I'm just going to tape a pair of foamies to whatever I throw in the bag. I appreciate the medical-first philosophy here though. I do the same with a IIIa plate in the backpack. Excellent choices here, and a great video.

Anyway I see you're running lancer mags I've always done magpul but I bought a lancer for the weight savings because they are lighter and slimmer and F me 5 ways to sunday this lancer is a total beyatt$% to seat on closed bolt. Are they all like that? I don't want to buy more if so. I pretty much build an identical pistol with a vseven 6.5 inch barrel. Shot a 1.5 inch group at 100 yards using 125gr ammo. I know 110gr travels at just over 2000 fps so I’m sure it’s close with the 125gr. That much firepower in such a small package is far from worthless.

Would be interested to see a video of depoly the bag. Going from ziped to rifle out belt on...ect. From standing with backpack on... I'm assuming U would swing the bag around to front chest... From crouching behind cove /behind car door .... Bag on ground. And possibly in the prone position on ground with bag Infront acting as cover. Just out of interest....... Cant carry something like that Australia. I have also always wondered if you it would be possible to make a tactical plate carrier backpack. SBR/pistol in a backpack the zip/Velcro under do and raps around the body to become a vest....if that makes sense.

Nice rig, but you did drop quite a bit of money on it. I have two concerns. One is, that a lot of money in that bag, most of us don't have... 2Kish, maybe a little more, for a truck gun. Can we see one that isn't quite so high end? The second is, you've got this bag and a get home bag (and maybe a third, or did I miss hear that?). I've never understood the plan for making both bags work at the same time, and as such I would have liked have seen some discussion of the actual, practical usage of this item and the rest of your system. Don't get me wrong, and show and tell is fun, but how does it all work together- not the make it go bang part, but a discussion of the actual plan (sterilized of course) involving this PDW, the Clutch belt, and at least one other bag. That part isn't clear.
