Rugby is over 150 years old. Jonah played Rugby Union. Rugby League is a similar but different game.

Jonah Lomu = (Low - Moo)Tongan heritage in the Pacific Islands, raised in Nz. He stood at 6 foot 5 inches. Top speed run 10 odd seconds in a 100 metre sprint! Average weight for Jonah varies at 250 odd to his heaviest at 260 odd pounds. Yet maintained his top speed. Typical Rugby wingers (11/ 14 Jersey numbers) were 5,10 to 6 foot n weighed on average 180 odd pounds, or 209. But they are rugby fastest attackers on the fringes of the field. Jonah Lomu was unique! A different breed of a specimen! As he later aged after 25 yrs, he suffered kidney disease but continued playing Elite Rugby Union. The disease eventually took his career, and sadly his life. He was Nz 1st iconic Global Superstar. Dallas Cowboys offered him millions to play American Football in the early 90s. The End.
