The rating of veracity as a percentage, interesting. For a short time I followed a guru who spoke in a similar way, where in almost every conversation or talk he included percentage ratings of how true something was, or as a general quantifier. Since then I've noticed it in other people, seems a trait common to folks adept at breaking down a subject. I've adopted it a bit, like 20%.
