I’ll sum it up - Haggerty uses unconventional low kicks with big feints that most experienced fighters are tricked into thinking it’s a high kick or a body kick it’s not as quick but it is unorthodox and unpredictable, he uses that for the basis of his whole style - he moves forward only so that they’ll bite on a feint so he can then retreat and setup counters on the back foot, basically he’s just a very unorthodox counter striker

IM LOVING THAT HAGGERTY IS GETTING MORE LOVE ! He has been onebof my favorite strikers from about 5yrs now. The man is a beast. Im a huge UFC fan. & fighters are not striking at his level in the UFC.

oh absolutely :) then again this sport is about striking and mma is about mixing everything together, he may be a legendary fighter, but in an mma fivht idk if it would go incredibly well, like dj vs rodtang, rod had strong first round involving no ground, and then second round got put to sleep in choke when ground allowed . yes all of what this man said is right also... they ain't used to his style. cuz most thai I've seen don't really care where their kick lands... you leg check it they break your leg, you block a middle kick with your arms they break that as well. those guys have shin of steel. they only get tricky with head kicks and some teeps. what scares me about new kind of thai muay thai figthers is their punching are getting a lot better. but yeah haggerty is really tricky I like watching him.

Nice analysis no bullshitting for 3 mins first, directly to what people want to see..Haggerty is also an incredible disciplined and dedicated to his job..his elbows pfff I would not like to run into one. And that fight against amrade was done in the first round I think..
