Yeah while I agree that it makes for more entertainment and gives the foreigners more chance, it also creates a disadvantage to any Thai fighter who specializes in kicks, knees, clinch etc

Wow! What a fight! I'm an old 66 year old boxing fan and this is my first time watching a Muay Thai match. This is much better than MMA where take-downs and long stretches of fighters just laying on each other just does not interest me. These two guys came to fight and they did not disappoint the fans. This fight reminds me of Hagler and Hearns. It was that good!

No he can‘t boxe Even my coach say if lobo just could slide Gleis face every time he combo he would have won. And the two fight like that. I mean they probably don’t slide because they are worried about head kick or something but if you look closely, they could have done it they just are not boxer, on the par just mostly just train how to hit hard instead of hit hard and slide

Haggerty was all kicks and teeps until he got hurt in round 1; he's not a puncher either if you watch his other fights. Not to mention, there are a lot of foreigners who are kick heavy. For example, his teammate Liam Nolan on the same card is a kicker.
