Perfect timing. Just finished my floating wall to display my guitars, now wife and I needed to get some gig bags. I was looking at hard cases, but didn't think they were ideal, and typical gig bags I've seen are flimsy. RBC E1 looks like what we need.

Jonathan have you heard of Caparison guitars? I bought one and it came with a Reunion blues gigbag. They are really nice! People think they are expensive but they are way nicer than any other gigbag I've ever seen!

I have the 1st gen Continental for my 335 and just took a chance on the RBX. Not as protective and massive, but boy it feels great and it’s LIGHT. Great value overall. Goot materials and the stitches look sturdy.I love RB..the best in the business bar none.

I have 1 RBC, yes it is high quality and strong protection for a reasonable weight : it is a professional tool that justifies the price. Lighter and easier to carry than a hard case. There are bunches of cheap gigbags from €30 up to RBX price of €80, nut lesser quality and protection.

A little question i didn't find a proofed answer to: maybe it does not rain in southern-california, but in Germany it does quite often. The material looks like water resistant, but is it?

i had a 906 deluxe bag was 49 euro it was exactly the same, years ago. top bag but this is a bit too expensive for my taste. its a freaking bag!....... 3,5kg puuu my 69 euro abs case with tsa locks weights 4,1.....i take the case :D Fame Professional ABS Case

Yes.. some would prefer cases.. especially you my big sized German friend!! For me.. carrying 2 cases and a case for helix is just too much for me hahaha

I am not a fan of the gig bags, I have some really cheap ones to use as dust covers for guitars that are out on my rack, the majority of my guitars came with purpose-made cases and I use those for transport, I suppose they are easier for people who carry their guitars about with them but I tend to drive from A to B and know my guitar is 99% safe in its case whereas I don't trust the gig bags.

I hear you.. but when you are like me.. carrying a minimum of 2 guitars and my Helix.. gig bags are vital to me 😂✌️❤️
