Watching this 4 years later is really interesting. Like a time capsule, it's so easy to forget how things were back then. I'm front line NHS. I didn't want accolades, just wanted to do my job. But it was hard. We were so busy, all the normal stuff was still happening, but we had to deal with COVID on top of that. RIP notices coming in much more frequently, you'd get couples going within days of each other. We had a critical incident where a care home got hammered with it, killed half the residents but all the staff got it so we had to move the surviving residents (most of whom had COVID) into other care homes because there wasn't the staff to look after them. I think that home got torn down after, they built houses there now. Whilst we were like that, it seemed unending, but now it almost seems foreign, like it never really happened.
