thanks for showing but in my Opinion the Output looks quite shitty especially my stuff compared to other programs . So why is there no Option to change just one Part of the Picture like in Photoshop... And when I say 0 Creativity my picture looks like its from the Venus :D As you say, it definitly needs more Development

You need to update to the latest version of Vectorworks 2024 SP4, and alos update your Vectoreorks Cloud services, then you can add the AI visualiser to your workspace.

Sadly, I think the Generative AI update is garbage. As a professional, using professional design tools, the images generated by AI are not protected by copyright, not protected from copyright claims by others. As such Generative AI is very risky to use in professional work. With that said, if you want to experiment with Genrative AI, there are much better tools out there. BTW, I very much appreciate your videos Jonathan.

Thanks for your thoughts. AI in architecture certainly makes for an interesting debate. While I agree that generative AI cannot be copyrighted, we are only at the start of where this technology will develop and that its good that Vectorworks has integrated generative AI at this stage.

I can't get anything of real value out of the AI visualizer. No matter what combination of prompts I write and combinations on the creativity slider it does what it wants and in a sloppy manner. I tell it to not change the human figure and I still get a monster. Maybe this works better on a really simple design.

Yes, it can be a bit of luck to get exactly what you need which is why its still better to learn the 3D skills!

I think its early days, and certainly Generative AI can lead to mixed results, and its interesting that architects like Zaha Hadid claim to use it on every project?

yeah if your interested you should look up Tim Fu. He worked for Zaha Hadid and now started his own studio. He's featured a lot in PAACADEMY which learns architects to use the newest technology in the field. He teaches MidJourney, StableDiffusion, Grasshopper, Rhino (with parametric editing),...@@jonathanreevescad

@@jonathanreevescad That's because that firm thinks that any curvy weird shape will make them (the architects) look cool, so AI suggest them even weirder ones: they are basically running out of conventional shapes ideas.
