The half of us that used to read the rules and learn games got really sick and is unable to read and learn games anymore. We love your tutorials! They are a great way for us to learn games and you've become our first stop to check for a rules video when we want to learn a new game! Thanks and keep it up!

As always a high quality and clear teach - love the playthrough and, after watching several other videos, this one is the best!

Having bought Zapotec and Founders together, I just watched your videos and I can teach the game very fast now! Thanks for the great videos Jon. Oh you have Origins and Tawantinsuyu too. Guess which games I'll learn next :)

Worker placement and polyomino tile placement? Damn, it’s like they know my greatest weakness 😂 I preordered this a couple of weeks ago and this video just reinforces that this is a great game for me. Thanks for the teach!

Great teach :) An idea for something that could be done differently: On your second turn you chose the disc that gives you an extra "strength", but when placing the blue temple you had to lose an extra wood anyway so the extra strength was redundant. It did give you 1 VP too, but the other action disc there could instead have given you 1VP plus an extra resource anywhere as well.

Ah, yeah good point. I may have been overly focused on the teach at that moment.

Nice! I found it odd the turns get shorter (fewer actions and fewer powerdiscs). Maybye there isa good reason but for me the game arc normally is ramping up. Is it the favour/worship tiles that get bonuses making later moves more strong???

Great video as always. Do you plan to do a playthrough of Hamlet?

No plans at the moment. I did back the KS campaign though, the game looked too interesting for me to not bite :P

Great teach. Thanks. I hate that font though. The large flat serif on the ones make them look like sevens. Ugh!

Thank you @JonGetsGames for this tutorial, the only matter is the volume is too low to hear it properly, even on the max vol, please fix it.. thank you..
@GettingGames Жыл бұрын
You aren't the first person to mention this, I have subsequently increased the volume for my videos and hopefully it's at a good level now.

Hi Jon. You didn't mention the name of the designer (which is very important imo). I assume it would be Daniel Tascinni. Apart from that, this is a great tutorial. Thanks.
@Nattytom5002 жыл бұрын
The designer is Filip Głowacz. It wasn't mentioned but it is written on the box at the start

Great video John, what is going on with your barnet?
@GettingGames2 жыл бұрын
Never heard that word before. What's going on is I've decided to grow my hair out at this point and I'll keep it up until I don't feel like it anymore :P

@@GettingGames fair play mate. Barnet is rhyming slang: Barnet fair = Hair.
