one of the best love songs ever. And to sing it you gotta not only have the voice but the depth and feeling. A singers song. I could drink a case of you- is to say I cannot get enough but when set against the last verse love the love she speaks of also is like bleeding. Love always being a challenge. Such depth. She really represented love in all its complexitey. This song will live on as long as we continue to define and explore LOVE>

Most of the love songs on this album were written about (and after her break-up with) Graham Nash, I believe. Imo, "A Case of You" means that she loved him so much that she couldn't get enough of him. Listen to the song "The Last Time I Saw Richard."
