as a 28 year old man i have been bed ridden for the last 13 months. i had a tooth exytaction and a puncture wound on my left heel from a fishing gaff. i went into sepsis an nearly died. it has been very difficult to accept. i am also a victim of medical malpractice the doctors covered up their misdiagnosiss because "im supposed to ne a healthy young man" except i am weak atigued and having memory loss and pain. they dismissed my illness as being psychological and just depression. i am lucky to be alive and greatful for liffe. i was so close to death i am j8ust happy to be bed rideen and sit on the couch with my dog Foxy a german shepherd. this last year i have been able to reflect on my whole life andd radically accept my fate good and bad. thank you for sharing. radical acceptance is the only way ive overcome this

So much knowledge shared in this clip. Never take allopathic medicine. Never. Listen to your body, as Jon says, don't use pharmaceuticals to mask those signals just to numb the pain. This is such an important and pivotal point.

A lot of times sickness starts with the mindset , if you think you're going to get sick you'll get sick.

Thank you for sharing these insights. I'm trying to do this with anxiety, but every time I get an anxiety attack I automatically start resisting it and do everything to avoid staying with the fear and pain. It's so difficult! Maybe next time I will remember your words and get courage🙏🤍

Very true. Observing own body sensation without mental attachment make me understand about myself more and more. I am very fortunate that i learnt this precious skill through my Vipassana meditation.

Sometimes people get sick because someone else did something bad to them. It can happen for example to children when the parents have problems or neglet the child.

Sorry out of the topic. Jon, can You make a video for us to explain how to grow cow with the eash way? Because in my village we become the slave of the cow. We have go to land, cutting grass and leave and then we bring ot with our body or motorcycle to bring it to our cow. We have to buy cow food from the company for the cow, we have get to debt to do that. So I think we became the slave of the cow. I want to grow cow too, but when i see my villagers, it will be burden for us. I want to learn from you how to grow. Cow more like you grow cow in pun pun. Thanks

The cow should be were the grass is. I think you need to have your own land with a lot of water and grass and that will simplify your life. If you do not have the environment for cows, maybe it is better to have goats or other smaller animals.

Just as, at the collective level, the pan*de*mic has taught us the importance of returning to the essentials and to basic needs, the disease, at the individual level, puts the cursor back on the need to take better care of ourselves and our immediate environment. Sickness and death are consubstantial with the process of life. Thank you, Sir Jon, for reminding us of that with such wise words.

Sickness is just our body healing and detoxing from whatever ails us. If we eat good food and clean water, work hard for our families and communities, stay fit - both in mind and body, we all live to a ripe old age, with no need to ever visit a hospital.

Your content seems good enough to be a tv show. haha but judging by what I've seen on your channel I think you would never do that.
