Niantic needs to make Rayquaza playable again lol STAB should also raise the percent of debuffing and buffing moves Example: Septile learns breaking swipe. Keep the chance of debuff at 30% But a dragon like Rayquaza STAB should boost the percent to 60-75% make more Pokémon playable again lol
