what a wholesome guy i always loved the way he plays his roles while elementary has its ups and downs in writing of the different episodes, the way he played sherlock was very much enjoyable for me i actually watched that show because i loved how he played eli stone, which was cancelled after just two seasons sadly i love that he is physically active doing long runs, great role model

He's an extremely talented actor. Check out the National Theatre Frankenstein for which he earned the highest theatre award, the Olivier award, his BBC 2009 Emma and his epic performance of the BBC MIniseries Lord Byron. According to Byron scholars, his impersonation of Byron is the best ever stage adaptation. Last but not least, his amazing role as Sick Boy in Trainspotting and also in the sequel, Trainspotting T2 being released on the 27th January.

Mitra Harding I'd actually say his movie career has been a bit under achieving, considering he hasn't had that many memorable roles besides Trainspotting. He's a very talented actor. It's easy to forget he was the only one in the Trainspotting films who wasn't actually Scottish.
