Charron took the same angle pretty much all 3 rounds. And since that angle has already been used on Storm more so than not, Ironic now that I think about it, but I can't think of any battler that has approached storm head on directly, shutting him down with personals. Charrons still one of my favorite battlers, i sure wish he could of worked a few more angles on storm. Also Charrons a smart kid who knows who to spend extra time writing for and who not to. J My guess says, Charron was not the least bit threatened or intimidated stepping in the ring with Johnny Storm.Props to both battlers, but I think Storm took and sealed the deal with the material deployed in the 3rd.

If Storm went first then it would have been closer cause of Charron's skill with em flips. That said, the first time I watched the battle I watched the battle it straight through. The second time I just watched Storm's part of the battle cause I could only take so much mexican jokes in flat rhythm. Storm easy, Charron was awful. a) didn't even try to find a different angle besides the racial one, save for like 4 lines. b) didn't even bother to differentiate Dominican from Mexican. c) didn't even bother to come up with witty racial jokes (besides the apple/iphone one), just went with racist shit. d) Used the same delivery the whole battle, never switched it up (maybe like once or twice) e) awkwardly slapped his chest. Big up Stig for being a seriously aware judge who backs up his decision. Charron's race bars were inaccurate and they worked against him. People got uncomfortable about the level of racism, especially at 16:00. Judging an entire race as idiot slaves is very different from joking about a race's appearance. That being said, both had sick bars. But the battle rap scene needs to ween itself off of blatant generalization and intolerance if only for the promotion of better/creative bars.
