Most people pass off a pressure flip as an inward heel. This is one of the only trick tip videos i know of that actually teaches inward instead of pressure. Or at least the person teaching the trick actually does an inward heelflip. Great video man, big ole thumbs up.

Thanks for the great video Mr Giger! It's inspiring. One thing I dare to add: I think it is important to LIFT YOUR FRONT FOOT UP (and not only to push it aside) so the board gets enough space for turning. I can see you doing that in video.

I stopped skate last year this at the end of this month the reason was that i had a problem with my knee but this was basically this was like 40% of the reason why i stopped it you will ask me now and what is the other 60% ? Well the 60% was because i was skating for 7 years and i didn't knew so many tricks the hardest one was a fakie bigspeenflip. But that i want to say is that i want to thank you because i started something i loved to do and still love and i skateboarding for 5 days now and i lend every single trick i knew before and i also learned double kickflip and varia heel i could love to lend backfoot varia heel this is my favourite trick ever :D .. Well thank you i will remember you for the rest of my life ;)

The way to make them perfectly vertical, just pop it like you're doing a very high pop shuvit ( you don't have to stick out your entire front foot for this, just the toe cap is fine. You're using the rubber around your sole to do this, that's what it was made for, not the side of your foot. ) From there, bring your front and back foot up (not out, never kick out or to the side. Just bring it up like it's an ollie) with the board. Flick your ankle in the normal fluid heelflip motion (FLICK VERY LIGHTLY FOR THIS TRICK, the harder you flick, the harder it'll be to flip and rotate) - Don't lean or jump forward or backwards to catch this trick. Jump straight up. Be sure to time it the same as a regular ollie. Understanding how fast it happens makes it a lot easier to catch. -This will take a lot of work to get right, but you'll have them solid in almost any stance. It should almost feel like it's going to wrap around your foot (it doesn't change )

i was thinking you kick your heel back like what you said in this video. i was always able to do hard flips and you flip your front foot backwards and jump back. i figured inward heel is the same but opposite, kick heel back and jump forward. alsao a hard flip you "kinda" do a lil front side 180 turn i wonder if doing a inward also requires doing a little backside ollie 180 motion

Can you do a 360 pop shuv it tutorial?
@onyxtheomega90468 жыл бұрын
It's an ollie that you scoop (simultaniously)down and inward. Use the ball of your foot on the edge of the board to do it. Don't be lazy, pick your feet up like you're jumping into a cannon ball. Be sure to time it the same as an ollie. Sounds weird but if you step on your board barefoot and feel the concaves of the board it helps you figure out how to pop every trick right so it can be done easily.
