Thank you so much for sharing your video, Jonny, it's always interesting to follow you. And for me, it was great to se tha places in Moscow which I know so much. I can reaily understand your choice to stay in Moscow, it's a great wonderful city. I would have come back for more visits again if it was not for the great inconvienince to go there, about flightcosts, traveltime, as well as no western creditcards will be working. I'm still happy to keep in touch with my friends in Russia, and especially the ones in Moscow. Take care, Jonny, an looking forward to watching your next video.

Hey, Jonny interesting video! I was wondering if you would consider doing average day in life vlogs? Like, a normal day for a British man living in Russia.

Some interesting topics to explore in the future : How to find a flat and best areas to rent in Moscow with prices A video on how sanctions have impacted Russian soccer and hockey (maybe go to a game and show what it's like today) Russia is a big medal-winning country at the Olympics, if you know some potential or former olympians who had a shot at Paris 2024 before feb 22 would be cool to hear their thoughts and if they hope to go to LA Maybe a video on the state of the Russian space program after sanctions A tour of Moscow's best historic sights, food places, bars, museums, etc! Otherwise, I'm really enjoying these, keep going!

"keeping Russian economy afloat" is not an appropriate expression here as Russian economy doing well compared to the West. People income grew 14% on average last year, although inflation is still high.

Hey, Jonny. I take it you are fluent in Russian from living there for several years or close to. Would you every learn another Slavic language or language in general? I learn multiple but I was a bit surprised how much Russian takes from other European languages especially, French, German, and Latin. And occasionally, I find common words from Old Norse in Russian, Ukrainian, Norwegian, and Swedish.

There were times when Russian city population (more higher class) speak in French better than people in France. For example, in Pushkin's "War and Peace" many parts written in French - like letters between main characters, because they speak in French to each over every day. It was "educated people speak French" times. There also large migration waves from Europe to Russia in some period of times like "Volga Germans".

China is a very distant and unique, isolated culture. A Westerner is like a "white crow" there. In Russia, Westerners blend in with the environment and can easily feel at home.
