@@JonsRainforestRoom... I got the new exo terra 18x18x18 dart frog enclosure they came out with... I got some other stuff to get for the bioactive land part... I'm definitely going to give a waterfall feature a try... It's going to house my hopefully breeding pair of Azurous...

Hey Jon, really curious about this build. I've got an enclosure about this shape and size and I'm really feeling the pull to try my hand at a palludarium build for some fire bellies. I've been trying to find information but it seems like most fire belly enclosures are wider instead of taller -- yours is the only one I can find that is lass wide and more tall. I've also found that people say that your water levels shouldn't be more than a couple inches deep because the fire bellies are not strong swimmers. Yours seem very happy and able to handle this depth however. Do you ever have trouble with your frogs and the depth of the water? I would like fire bellies with water deep enough to have other aquatic cleaner species which would be hard to do in a couple inches of depth. Any information and advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hey mate, thanks for watching. I've had people tell me that my water level is too high. From my own experience, my fire bellies are very strong swimmers and they spend the majority of their time in the water. They love to just float on the surface like a star fish 😆. I wouldnt worry to much but all animals are diffirent so I would just keep an eye on them. Good luck with the build mate. I would love to see it when it's done. I do viewers setup videos from time to time so feel free to send any pics or videos if you would like it featured in the future 👍

Haha not to bad to be fair. It's the big builds that do it 😆. Did some more on it today but had to stop. The weather is 🥵

@@JonsRainforestRoom it’s scorchio!!! My heart was in my throat with those rocks by the glass😖. I’m dreading smashing glass one day… it’s bound to happen! I’ve not used rocks in my backgrounds, so I’ll be interested to see how it turns out!

I know mate not traditional Welsh weather 😁. Same here mate. I've come close to it a couple of times but got away with it. To be honest the fall in the video was one of 2 falls but didn't get the worst one on camera. When the foam was drying it lifted the rock slightly and it went over. So surprised it didn't smash 😆

@@JonsRainforestRoom funny I was thinking would the foam be strong enough to do that whilst it was expanding as I was watching the video.
