The 2023 NCAA championship game sets a ratings record and Team USA decides to hold their training camps during the college season in November 2023 and during the 2024 Final Four, both of which Clark had to miss due to pursuing a championship with Iowa.

The only thing I would say is I honestly do or believe the league coaches/players would live up to the hype. She is beginning to do so, which is certainly contributing to the pressure to add her to the team. I hope it wasn’t simply petty pride, but using facts/data to put the best players and prospects on team USA. Anyway, it would seem like it would be a good thing to do for team USA, and would give them a better chance to win gold. It would appear that a good portion of US basketball fans would support the decision based on the level of play. If you don’t want to add her, then it may be a good thing to explain why using facts and data to explain the decision in a way US basketball fans would understand. I don’t think that’s too much to ask from leadership. Thoughts?

@@analogee6858 Clark is definitely not the only choice, but if DT needs to be replaced, it's like for like. Chelsea Gray is in there and will need a backup. Arike is not a point guard, she shoots more than any back court player in the W (26x) You need a creator, Skylar would be another to consider, but Clarks output for the amount of attention she receives makes this a simple decision. If BG is out, Aliyah would be the perfect replacement. This also give a pointer to the future.

Caitlin Clark's 17 points 6 assist 3 rebounds from last night in NBA comparison would be = 24points 8 assist 4 rebounds in terms of an NBA game. The NBA averages 115.5 points per game.... the WNBA Averages 82.6 points per game.... to get the proper comparison you have to times WNBA numbers by 1.39 and Divide NBA Numbers by .71 so that you can get a real comparison of Dominance and Output in relationship to a Mens NBA game. The value system is different in both sports and you can appreciate more what is going on when you do a true in depth comparison!!!!!
