This is the first time I've heard JP speak on camera where he doesn't sound like he's out of breath from being alive. I have nothing but respect for what he's done in the bodybuilding world, but man am I excited that he's doin'g what he's gotta do to ensure that he's going to be around for awhile longer.

Love this interview especially the last part about gym biz stories. I kept nodding my head in agreement and understanding because this has been my biz for last 16 years. Also to JP having a floor plan for equipment; understand that it is only a guideline, it never works out! Either u dont like the way it looks or you quickly realize the space is too small for that piece so you will be moving your shit constantly until you have every single piece set up. Then when you buy something new you will do it all over again!😂

Loved this guys. JP is a wealth of knowledge, a straight shooter and just a stand up guy. As for the one bicep exercise I'd say a close'ish grip EZ bar preacher curl but on an almost vertical pad or standing on the other side of the pad and curling over the seat. The tension is constant and you can adjust your elbow position to mitigate any niggling issues you may have. As for triceps, my elbows are fucked so everything is limited but a heavy overhead movement where the stretch is the main focus.
