Engineering a career, Engineering systems and an engineering of a mind that allows the heart to lead all of us to healthy living. Many roles and many responsibilities Components Health = spiritual + emotional + psychological + social + physiological Dimensions of Temperament = extroversion + neuroticism + agreeableness + conscientiousness + openness All addressed in a healthy manner as in music (tonic) being all about chords and scales on the Grand Staff of Life. Accomplishment #1 - you woke up from sleep and physically got out of bed. Accomplishment #2 - "make your bed tidy and ready for the coming night's rest. To think or assume that somebody is obsessed with their own inadequacy isn't always correct. People in some work environment's make multiple comments daily about a persons mental health, comments about scaring people off the shift, or other unproductive sarcastic digs aimed towards the same individual on a daily basis ...........this tends to cause a person to wonder what is wrong. Joking around is one thing, demoralising a person daily is just wrong.

Dear Motivation, There was a load of 'chances are' and suppositions about actively becoming negative about and towards others. That is a major generalisation, and one I don't think stands examination. If it were true there would be a lot more negativity in the world. I'm isolated and do my own stuff, but I don't feel I'm miserable, but perhaps that's because I'm insane but unaware of it. I can't have children, so according to the Prof, I can't unlikely to mature; however, if I'm crazy (see above), that's probably a good thing. Maybe instead of expending effort to improve yourself, you might be better off accepting your situation; for some the amount of grief experienced doesn't justify the betterment. The best antidote to the discomfort of life is lowering your standards. Aim low and expect to miss; the worst that can happen is what you thought, and if anything positive emerges you've won a watch. It can't be true that life is all suffering because if you watch the interviews with the 115 year old centenarians they talk positively and with gratitude for their life and their experiences. In none of the centenarian videos did I see them mention suffering all their life and some of them have lived double the lifetime of the majority of people. Challenges are a certainty in life but suffering is a state of mind

Thanks for honoring my freedom of speech. . After 70 years of being confused about why religion didn't make any sense to me ... I cut the ties that bound me to religion ... and at last was able to feel whole just as I was. I'm now 84 years of age and believe that if I am as kind to others as each situation allows ... I can't do better than my best. It's wonderful to believe that even though our emotions are a mess and our lives are a mess ... we can still feel whole ... just as we are. Religion teaches that we are a huge disappointment to "GOD" and that we are born in sin ... and that only words from theologians can make us "see the light" and to be whole once again "in the EYES of "GOD" I heard Jordan on one of his podcasts say that he was "half"-joking when he said the following words ... but I didn't believe him ... because people that fear an image of a god ... do NOT JOKE about that very serious subject. “I act as if God exists, and I’m terrified he might.” ~ Jordan Peterson When I was still confused by religion ... I was relieved to read that there were scientists such as Stephen Hawking, who theorized that in one form or another, the universe and energy always existed ... no creator ... no plan ... and that suffering of all forms of life ... is natural. I suggest it's way past time to deprive religion of its fear-filled power.

I like Jordan Peterson but he says a major falsehood in this video. In order to have eternal life and be a true “son of God” you must BELIEVE that Jesus died and rose again for your sins. Nothing you “do” in this life will make you a son of God. True eternal life with God comes from belive in His Son who died and rose from the dead in your place on the cross. To be a child of God: 1. Admit that you’re a sinner. 2. Believe that Jesus died and rose from the dead.
