It simply means Ask the creator first and the Holy Spirit will guide you to it, seek means you attempt to find it because it’s not going to fall in your lap and knock meaning when you find it ,do not be passive let your interest be known with a hug noise be great full whole heartedly about it show some gratitude and thank God. They cast therefore, and now they were not able to draw it for the multitude of fishes.Without the Guidance of the all knowing God and appreciation of The Holy Spirit your hard work is useless. But you have FREE Will to choose the guidance of the spirits of this world, sometimes with negative mind sets ,People who edge God out of his own creation cannot comprehend this. How can you accept the theory of a world as beautiful as this was created on its own. In my eyes The intelligence of the being who created this world is beyond all man’s comprehension. We haven’t even began to Figure out the Human body in all its wonders and we have existed according to scientists billions of years . We are refusing to see what’s in front of our eyes , and to ask for guidance from all knowing God, instead we’re trying to one up one another to discover the next big discovery so we can show off ‘hey look at me’ my brain is better than yours. Lol just read the book of Ecclesiastes There is nothing new under the SON. . Ecclesiastes 1:9 New International Version 9 What has been will be again, what has been done will be done again; there is nothing new under the sun. Psalm 2.8 Ask me, and I will make the nations your inheritance, the ends of the earth your possession. Our world is suffering from PRIDE but Jesus said Humility and guidance is needed the world could never have peace with so many corrupted divination spirits. The Holy Spirit cannot survive in such a world. Try living with someone who’s always negative and see for yourself how you become like them, we cause and enable our own outcomes, we cannot blame God for the suffering because our own beliefs created it. We are powerful in a good way by taking guidance from the Holy Spirit (see Characters of The Holy Spirit). Guidance from the spirits of this world limits you to human understanding.

@@emilyjackson1819 From personal experience you need to find out what you need in order to materialize the idea. When you figure out what you need then you will figure out how you can start and as Jordan said, the path is never straight but a curved line. The ways and the means might change a bit and the path might look like a very long road but if you keep going you will eventually arrive at the final point. Guide yourself based on the objective reality around you and shower your mind with a strong belief by praying and talking in your mind.

No but Jesus can give us what we need. I don't think faith is the same as probability. It is true that faith is the evidence of things not seen. God doesn't always give us what we want but He has promised to meet our needs and encourages us to ask.

Yes it is very annoying. I can never listen properly to sermons etc. with music going on. A silence sharpens what is being said.

God said ask and you shall receive, YES You'll certainly receive it but God decides weather it's right for you , he doesn't want to grant you something that will turn out to be a burden until you die. So when you ask and it's not given it means God said I don't want that for you , because you might suffer .
