I keep coming back to this song like it’s a gravestone and the grass still hasn’t grown back where the earth was dug.

I got recommended you by the algorithm, and I gotta say. You're making some amazing stuff man! I'm not even deep into this type of music. But this stuff is great. Keep it up!

You’re as good or better than anyone out there. I hit play on my phone and stuck it in my shirt pocket and I was walking to my car listening through my earbuds. I didn’t make it that far until I had to stop walking and just take it all in. I listened four times in a row and I’m going to listen a couple more. Awesome stuff.

This song man, cuts so deep. Unreal emotion, haven't cried listening to a song very many times. Add this performance to the list.

Made me tear up took a minute to figure out who it was about at first then looking at the room with all the instruments that looked older it kinda hit all at once. Glad you got something to hold onto though the music never dies as long as you can keep it alive.

Who is it about?

My Nana and PopPop, Traci Zimmer, Chris Sliger, Jordan and Mark, Milagros and Angelica, Daniel, Billie, Chuck, Matt… holding onto their spirits from this side of the veil. And “son, you don’t have to run, when all that you want is to walk with someone” for the man I love living on the other coast so many miles away from me… This song felt very personal for me, thank God for you for writing it, I needed to shed some healing tears today. 🙏
