@@darkking9836LeBron had the weaker competition. The LEastern conference were a bunch of teams barely .500 and with losing records is what Lebum overcame. Meanwhile MJ was in the dominant conference in the 80s and 90s against much harder competition in a much more physical era. MJ a much better shooter, the greatest scorer and clutch machine. Nobody won a chip once Jordan hit his stride and on his watch so many greats came up short. LeBron era everyone got a chip with ease and beating LeBron was a commonality. LeBron isn't dominant and a 35 year old Jason Terry locked him up in the finals when LeBron was an MVP of the league and Terry was an old journeyman. Get out of here with the nonsense.

the thing here is most republicans (just look at fox news comments on a lebron story for an example) hate lebron so there is a political undertone even here unfortunately, for charles kirk to say the debate not even close shows how little he knows about basketball, i think jordan is better due to how godlike his offense is along with his elite defense and success, but lebron is definitely more rounded as a player and has been playing at an allstar level for 20+ years now, he lost 6 finals but that doesnt change the fact he been in 10 finals (u gotta win 12 playoff games before u get to the finals lol)

This!! He would have won 🏆 NINE STRAIGHT FINALS if he didn’t take 3 years off between his two 3-peats! And he had the ability to TAKE OVER games! Team needed 60 points? Okay, done. Needed 75? Done. Needed every foul shot made? Done and done. Needed a steal to change the momentum-done. Puhlease on this Lebron BS. That’s bc this generation never saw MJ play! I bet they haven’t even seen a single full game of him in action. Anyone who wants to make this debate for Lebron must first watch Jordan play in a few games - including the flu game.

@@RogerDominguez-de4hjOr Old Heads try to catch on to their glory days and have too big of egos to admit theirs someone better than their generations guy. The NBA on average is much much MUCH more talented these days. LeBron has infinite better stats than Jordan. LeBron has elevated players better than Jordan. LeBron has yes a 4-6 record in the Finals but with out LeBron half of not most of those teams don’t even make the playoffs. Jordan was 1-9 in playoff series without Scottie Pippen.

Your right! Imagine social media was a thing when Jordan couldn’t beat larry? Would’ve been getting ripped! Or when he lost in the first round of the playoffs, and had to add Dennis Rodman and another 16ppg foward the year after? Man’s would’ve been the creator of super teams and been ripped!

Jordan was the best player defensively. AND OFFENSIVELY. How many other players can say they won that award on both sides of the ball. NONE... His commercial impact with the most recognized shoe in history, which brought more prestige to basketball. Won three in a row. Retired, then came back and won three in a row.
