The cream has more fat in it so that's why it's softer to bite into. You could add some sugar to them and it will probably soften it up a little more. I'd say about quarter cups worth or 50 grams will probably do the trick, could probably do less cuz that is a lot. Could also add a little powdered milk to increase the effect and get closer to ice cream, like 10 or 20 grams for this amount should do it. Just make sure to mix! Cheers!

Hey Jordan! I have the original original Oreo cookie recipe, also vanilla and mint Oreos! So for the og cookie we have. Classic Oreo Cookie Recipe: Ingredients: - 1 cup (230g) unsalted butter, softened - 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract - 1 large egg - 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour - 1/2 cup (58g) unsweetened cocoa powder - 1 teaspoon baking soda - 1/4 teaspoon salt - 1/4 cup (60ml) milk For the filling: - 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened - 2 cups (250g) powdered sugar - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Instructions: 1. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. 2. Beat in the vanilla extract and egg until well combined. 3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. 4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk. Mix well after each addition until a thick dough forms. 5. Divide the dough in half, shape each half into a disk, and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until firm. 6. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper. 7. On a lightly floured surface, roll out one disk of dough to about 1/8-inch thickness. Use a round cookie cutter (about 2 inches in diameter) to cut out cookies. Place the cookies on the prepared baking sheets, leaving some space in between for spreading. 8.
