For those who enjoy having a written recipe to follow, here is a written version of this recipe (plus the steps for toppings): Main Ingredients: 1¼ Cup Water 2¾ tsp. Active dry yeast 2 tbsp. White sugar 1 tbsp. Olive oil 1 tbsp. Honey 2 tsp. Salt 1 ½ Cups All-Purpose Flour 1 ½ cups Bread Flour 4 tbsp. Vegetable or Canola Oil Topping Ingredients: Butter (melted) Garlic Salt Grated Parmesan Preparation: 1) Begin by preheating your oven to 475°F (246°C). 2) Mix your active dry yeast and water (warmed to around 105°F-115°F [40°C - 45°C]) in a small bowl. Let this sit for 5 minutes. 3) Add white sugar, olive oil, honey, and salt to your water/yeast mixture. 4) In a separate, medium-sized bowl, add your all-purpose flour and bread flour. If you do not have bread flour available, you can substitute it for more all-purpose flour. 5) Add your wet ingredients with your flour, mixing until incorporated, and then begin kneading your dough for 5 - 10 minutes or until a ball is formed. 6) Grease the bottom of a small baking sheet with your vegetable or canola oil, spreading it across the bottom of your pan. 7) Add your dough to your greased pan, making sure to spread the dough out to the corners of the pan, and cut the dough into 10 equal breadsticks. Optionally, you can slice the dough and roll it into a more Crazy Bread-esque shape before laying it in the pan. 8) Bake for 10 - 12 minutes and remove from the oven. Brush the tops of your breadsticks with your melted butter, and then shake on your garlic salt and grated parmesan. 9) Let sit for 2 - 3 minutes to cool and then serve. Enjoy!
