Hi Jordan, your explanation is very clear, thank you. I have been trying to find out for some time how would Jones matrix for mirror look like? I do not mean back reflection where the incident angle is 90° and beam is reflected back. I am interested in mirror that reflects the light under incidence 45 ° -> the light beam is then reflected under 90°. I need to find out how circular polarization is changed upon reflection under incident angle 45°. I find the Jones calculus to be extremely handy and elegant way.

I have a question ! Why do we multiply by two rotated matrices, why not just one ? I'm student from France !

Why - sin(theta) is 0 sir. Please tell.

Well, a linear polarizer absorbs light polarized perpendicular to its passing axis. Since -sin(theta) describes describes the perpendicular light, it is 0 after the light has passed through.
