I like how at the end of music video it goes right back to Jurin at the beginning of the video since her power is time manipulation which means that all of the events of the video will play again, meaning you would have to replay the video and the song over and over. I see what you did there XG 😉

In that shot where people walked in front of Maya were actually the office workers in which office she invaded.. as she manipulated them to be in in a circle formation around her which can be seen in the next shot that all the people surrounding her are office workers rather than being the people who were already following her and walking behind her.. she collecting people on the go, not necessarily only sticking to a set amount of followers

I also wanted to point out the flow of continuity with following shots, the bit with Juria in the car that bothers Jordan slightly, I understand thinking it wasn’t planned or directed well since she stopped the car in front of Jurin and then she looks surprised but she’s still looking forward and acting like she’s driving….that’s coz she was, in the following shot the car zips through full speed to the next shot. So in a way, we’ve totally skipped any acknowledgment of the car stopping or the implication that Jurin got in, in fact it may have made more sense or bothered Jordan far less if they didn’t include the scene of the car stopping altogether. But in the shot directly after that where she’s getting pulled back like the car is taking off super fast and she’s looking surprised and straight ahead, that’s exactly what’s happening and the following shot of the car ripping through shows that and I guess Jordan missed that.

Here's what I think their powers are: Jurin - Future vision (she sees this mv as the future, as she is shown at the start and in the end), she also predicted Juria's teleportation entrance Chisa - Superspeed to clap on em haters all over the internet Hinata - Sizeshifter/Size self-enhancement Juria - Teleportation Cocona - Mind Reading Maya - Mind Control (a lot of people follows her) Harvey - Invisibility (this one is hard to claim, but im just imagining that she's stealing while invisible and maya caught her, so she controlled her to stop, and then juria teleported them to chisa) Meow

If we go by the start of the video as telling us their powers and then the following scenes Harvey has telekinesis cuz that basket was floating at head level and the way things flopped in the basket, and Coco had things float around her and when she looked at the guy he floated up, so even though it’s similar to Harvey it seems like gravity control because it’s not as in depth as Harvey who can move things

They used the same set that was used to film "Alice in Borderland". A massive open set was built in Ashikaga City, Tochigi Prefecture for the Alice in Borderland. This is where XG filmed the video. That's what I was told.

I also have NOTICED something in JURIN's eyes LEFT Eye at the beginning, it was like (-) 2:21 this and then at some part (/) 6:14 which means time has consumed, and at the last part it was perfectly vertical (|) 19:18 which means it was like a clock of a microwave which means the video has finally come to a close! I loved the long dancing bit! The dance is so interesting bc it’s awkward in part bc they are supposed to be aliens and the song is about something not being right, just like their movements. I miss a lot of the dance bc of the videos and that’s why they do dance performance videos separately to show the whole choreo. This was such a fun video and you explained it so well! The last time I've genuinely enjoyed a good "outer space futuristic" type concept was probably Blaque's music video, 'I do' or Katy Perry in her wierd but enchanting freaky alien ET era or Doja Cat in her whole freaky cool alien outer space galactic era. This song is STUNNING and I'm really digging the Aliens with superpowers concept! The quality MV production is on another level! Also love that the stylists aren't afraid to go crazy glam with funky hair, nails, outfits and makeup!

At 15:07 when there's a camera cut of the asteroids/comets coming down from the sky, Cocona is readjusting the camera as if she's trying to say "hey look over here, don't pay attention to that." damn, So glad I actually stumbled upon you. Love your stuff. I have always loved editing as a hobby, I mean nothing serious at all just projects for me and photography and stuff also. But I think what got me in to really loving editing is I went to a Visual and Performing arts program at Booker High School in Sarasota FL when I was a young teen and worked in their visual department with editing school made music videos and al that stuff. It was actually sponsored by NBC at the time so we had top notch professional equipment. Our studio cameras that we filmed our school shows and morning news and other projects were high end Sony and Ikegami. I do not remember what the stuff was was on but it was def not VHS it was a larger tape but for the life of me can not remember. Anyway from that moment on in that program I knew I wanted to edit lol. Anyway Love your breakdowns of the videos.!!! Keep up the fantastic work.,

12:32 one thing cool about this scene is that they made sure to have Juria (the member who can teleport) included in the scene so it makes sense how the members ended up inside the office elevator Harvey could have Levitation or telekinesis and Cocona have the ability to manipulate gravity (since in the first shot items are flowing and then she turned that man’s gravity off) 😅

The editor is like "I love this music video but something ain't right" which I think is actually the intention of the music video. You have Cocona who hints to have telekinetic powers when the guy takes her picture without her permission and later he floats up to block the elevator camera when she steps out of the elevator but then later on we see Harvey fill a shopping cart with her mind and seems to be the one with telekinetic powers instead of Cocona You have Juria teleport at the start but later she uses a portal several times to teleport and when she's with Harvey, Maya and Chisa, it's Harvey that teleports them and has them in different clothes instantly as well You have Maya looking like she has mind control powers at the start and in the office but then later in the store it seems she's also a zombie walking with her head tilted but when she sees Harvey she starts to walk normally while the rest behind her still seem to be zombies when her, Harvey and Juria go through the portal to go to Chisa You have Chisa who clearly has superspeed when she's typing in the office but she uses it only once in the music video which is odd. Especially when you look at the start of the video and it seems someone freezed her and she has red eyes like Jurin for a second but when she was using her superspeed her eyes for a second are a different color and it's not red You have Jurin who seems to be able to manipulate time but at the end of the video it seems like she can can only go back in time. You have Hinata who has the ability to shrink and get bigger but when she dances she seems to be surprised that she shrunk all of a sudden and is running to the other size not to get crushed by giant feet and suddenly is her normal size again when she's safe and at the other side Then you go back to the start of the video again with all that info where it seems Harvey is dead due to the fact she's levitating mid air and the rest of them seem to be controlled by someone. Which makes your brain go "Something ain't right" and is a nice easter egg to people like myself who watched the music video a bunch of times and still needs to be reminded that there's more than meets the eye with XG
