The biggest mistake the Trump team made was not appointing Vivek for a VP. Vivek can turn an independent into his favor, he is the best orator I've seen in the past few years, he vibes well with the younger generation despite some of the policies the republican party pushes that are not really in line with what younger generations want. Trust me I don't agree with many policies they're pushing and the ideology but I love Vivek's approach, he's intelligent and he actively listens to people and tries to put his point across in a way that removes people's guards and makes them more receptive. Because of this I believed that he would've had a much better chance against someone like Waltz. The young voters can't connect with Vance.. he comes from the ultra conservative side that's deaf towards everything that's currently relevant for young people.

The democratic party might want to portray themselves as a party who is in favor of doing something like this but in reality the majority is for funding and will continue funding the wars both in Ukraine and Israel. The priorities of the majority of the population both inside and outside US is what are these candidates going to do with the current domestic economic problem and the disaster external policy. I can tell you in Europe no one is fond of Bidens external policy.. we are seeing so many different conflicts that could've been prevented if there was diplomacy. The thing is that Trump does have a big follower base, maybe most people support not for what really matters, but just because of party bias or his show business charismatic personality. But the fact you people like Vivek, Tulsi and RFK endorse him, really makes me believe that Trump does have genuinely good intentions, despite not being a very good communicator. RFK and Tulsi in particular would probably be in a much better spot now by standing on the democrats side, if their goal was really financial or driven by hunger for power. I haven't done the analysis, but I'm guess he talks 70% of the time. Other than the draw from the exposure his guests inherently receive by being on his podcast, and a chance to rap with the goat, that 30% is just enough to keep them coming back.
