Same here man! I've been so "shy" about my BBQ because i'll think no on likes it but everyone goes crazy at my house. I just did a small party last weekend and everyone was asking about my brisket. I'm thinking concentrating on my brisket, tri-tips and stuffed potatoes. I also make mean rubs and always wanted to do something with that. Good luck to you man! Don't give up!!!

I was wondering that, too. If your topline revenue was 100k, meh. But if you were paying yourself a reasonable wage (say 48k/yr) and your bottom line (K1 if incorporated, etc.) was 100k, then you've got a business. Otherwise you're just buying yourself a job.
